Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

• Day : 1 LUCKNOW - SRAVASTI ( WHERE BUDDHA SPENT 25 RAINY SEASONS )

  Lucknow On arrival drive to Sravasti ( 185 kms / 04-30 hrs.). Late lunch and sightseeing visiting Jetvan Garden and ruins of Angulimal and Saheth kuti. Dinner and O/N.
  Overnight Stay at Varanasi.

• Day : 2 SRAVASTI - KAPILVASTU - LUMBINI.

  After breakfast visit Kapilvastu ( Napal side ) � Eastern & western gate of the Fort, Duel stupa, ruins of palace and Ashokan pillar. After lunch in the hotel visit Lumbini Garden ( Ashokan pillar, Maya Devi temple, sacred tank and other ruins. Dinner and O/N hotel.
  

• Day : 3 LUMBINI - KAPILVASU - LUMBINI

  After breakfast visit Kapilvastu ( Napal side ) � Eastern & western gate of the Fort, Duel stupa, ruins of palace and Ashokan pillar. After lunch in the hotel visit Lumbini Garden ( Ashokan pillar, Maya Devi temple, sacred tank and other ruins. Dinner and O/N hotel.
  

• Day : 4 LUMBINI - KUSHINAGAR.

  After breakfast drive to Indo Nepal border and after completing the formalities to Kushinagar ( 180 Kms / 04 Hrs.). After lunch visit Mahaparinirvan temple, Ramabhar stupa and Matha kunwar shrine. Dinner and O/N hotel.
  

• Day : 5 KUSHINAGAR - VAISHALI - RAJGIR.

  After breakfast drive to Vaishali ( 185 kms / 05 hrs.) en route Kesaria ( the world�s highest stupa 104 fet 10 inch high, built over begging bowl of Lord Buddha ). After lunch in restaurant visit Relic stupa, Ashokan pillar and other ruins. Later drive to Rajgir ( 165 Kms / 04 hrs.) for dinner and O/N hotel.
  

• Day : 6 RAJGIR - NALANDA - RAJGIR.

  After breakfast drive to Nalanda to see the ruins of Nalanda ( the oldest Buddhist University from 05th to 12th Century A.D.) and then to Rajgir ( 15 kms ). After lunch in the hotel visit Venu Van ( a nice Bamboo garden donated by King Bimbsar ), Bimbssar jail, Jeevak hospital, Son Bhandar etc. Dinner and O/N hotel.
  

• Day : 7 RAJGIR - BODHGAYA.

  Early morning walk to Vultures peak mountain where Buddha preached Lotus sutra. After breakfast in the hotel Drive to Bodhgaya en route visiting Prag Bodhi where prince Siddhartha spent 06 years in penance. After lunch in the hotel visit Mahabodhi temple.Time for meditation. Dinner and O/N hotel.
  

• Day : 8 BODHGAYA

  Full day in Bodhgaya. Visit Big Buddha ( 80 feet Image ) and some international monestaries ( Japanese, Bhutanese, Thai etc ). O/N hotel.
  

• Day : 9 BODHGAYA - VARANASI.

  After breakfast drive to Varanasi ( 280 kms / 06 hrs.). On arrival lunch in the hotel. PM at leisure till transfer to Ganges ghat by paddle rixa to view spectacular Ganga Aarti in the evening. Dinner & O/N hotel.
  

• Day : 10 VARANASI AND SARNATH.

  Early morning Ganges tour with boat ride After breakfast Free time till lunch. After lunch visit Sarnath to see museum ( Friday closed ), Dhamek stupa, Mool Gandh kuti, other ruins and deer park. Return hotel for dinner and O/N.
  

• Day : 11 VARANASI - DELHI TO CONNECT FLIGHT FOR ONWARD DESTINATION.

  After breakfast in the hotel visit Silk Factory to see local craftmen ship of Varanasi. After early lunch transfer to airport for flight to Delhi.
